STATE SWIM CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Dear Customer

One of our founding philosophies at State Swim is to provide excellence in the quality and service of swimming tuition. To ensure we are consistently achieving this goal we are asking for your help to make real improvements to your child's learning.

As a State Swim Guide, we ask if you could rate your experience across a few key areas including customer service, facilities and teaching. These ratings will be completed quickly and easily online.
